We are looking for summer substitutes for the summer of 2025.
Every summer, we need several replacements in property maintenance for our residential areas during the regular staff's vacation period.
You as a person
As a property caretaker, you enjoy taking responsibility, can work independently, and like to take your own initiatives when the situation requires it since you will be replacing regular staff. You enjoy collaborating with others and are meticulous and flexible. Since this is a physical job, it is important that you have good physical fitness.
We believe that you are a positive and outgoing person. You appreciate a varied job where you have the opportunity to develop and where you can also create positive experiences for others. You are proactive, like to plan your work independently, and enjoy order and tidiness. You thrive on working closely with our customers, in and around our properties. Your role
As a property caretaker, you primarily work with gardening and cleaning. Your tasks include trimming, mowing, weeding, bush care, cleaning outdoor environments, and maintaining cleanliness in our stairwells and laundry rooms. You are not afraid to try new things and are a team player when required. You also have personal maturity and are very responsible in the role of property caretaker. You are flexible when needed and open to learning new things.
You contribute to improving and changing the everyday lives of our tenants. You make a difference, both big and small, for people for many years to come. You are also part of taking social responsibility.
As a property caretaker, you will work in a team together with property hosts.
Your qualifications
- To be employed, you must be at least 18 years old.
- The majority of those we hire need to have a B driver's license or AM license.
- Good ability to express yourself in writing and verbally.
- It is an advantage if you are studying or have completed an education in green space maintenance or have experience in similar jobs.
- Digital competence is desirable as we work in several digital systems and the mobile phone is a tool in our daily work.
- We would like you to have experience handling machinery such as lawnmowers and other hand tools.
